We can include them for a small additional charge, or you can find your desired material—wood, marble, or glass—locally using our included specifications.

The process is as simple as a conversation. Send us any information or guidance you have -- dimensions of the space, materials you'd like, and how you would like the structure to be laid out (ceiling, wall, or bottom standing). From there, we talk through options, pricing and send you sketches for final approval before purchase is required.

Shipping is always included. Always.

Our standard timing is 3-4 weeks for most products. For larger or custom pieces, it's usually 4-6 weeks -- depending on how complex / large the piece is.

Rush order is available for some of our products for a fee, which generally ship in 2 weeks or less.

Each one of our products are inspected and assembled by hand. If you are not satisfied with your order, or if the product is defective, we will work relentlessly with you until the issue is resolved, up to and including a full refund of your order.
